Using this site

You may browse and order for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not scrape, republish or resell the content of this site.

Orders & pricing

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation, so we may decline an order — for example where a one-of-a-kind piece has already sold or a price has been listed in error.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable and are shown in US dollars.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of order. For commissions, a deposit is taken at the design stage and the balance falls due before dispatch.

Availability & natural variation

Every stone is unique. Colour, inclusion pattern and figure will vary from the photography shown, and that variation is a property of the material rather than a defect.

Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text and marks on this site belong to Ideal Jewellers or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability & governing law

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
