What we collect

Details you give us directly — name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order history, appointment notes and any preferences you share with an advisor.

Technical information collected automatically, such as device type, browser and the pages you visit on this site.

How we use it

To take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide aftercare and answer enquiries. To keep records we are required by law to keep. And, where you have asked for it, to send you news of collections and private viewings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

The parties needed to complete what you asked for: payment processors, insured carriers, and the service providers who host this site and our systems. Each is bound to use your data only on our instructions.

Separately, the measurement and advertising services named under Cookies receive information about your visit — which pages you opened, and whether an order was placed. We do not send them your name, address, telephone number or email address.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the bag and the checkout. Without them the shop cannot remember what you have chosen, so these cannot be switched off.

We also use measurement and advertising cookies from Meta, Google and TikTok. They tell us which pieces are being looked at and which of our advertisements brought somebody to the shop, and they let us show our advertisements again to people who have visited. There is no switch on this page to refuse them.

You can refuse them in your browser, which most allow under privacy or site settings, or through the advertising controls in your own Meta, Google and TikTok accounts. The shop works exactly the same either way.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.

Retention & contact

Order and warranty records are kept for as long as the lifetime guarantee runs; marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.
