Delivery

Complimentary insured delivery is included on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. Pieces held in stock dispatch within one working day; commissioned and resized pieces dispatch once the workshop releases them.

Expect 2–4 working days to Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and 3–6 working days elsewhere in the country. A signature and CNIC check are required on delivery, and tracking is sent the moment your parcel leaves us.

Collection & hand delivery

You are welcome to collect any order from the shop on Adiyala Road, free of charge, at whatever hour suits you within opening times.

Within Rawalpindi and Islamabad a member of our team can deliver in person and talk you through the purity and care of the piece. Ask for it at checkout, on WhatsApp, or by replying to your order confirmation.

Payment & charges

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is no separate delivery charge and no surcharge for paying cash on delivery.

We deliver within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for a family member here, give their address and phone number at checkout and we will arrange it with them directly.

Returns

Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging and with their certificate. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces and altered ring sizes are final sale.

Once the piece is back and checked, a card or wallet payment is refunded within 10 working days. A cash-on-delivery order is refunded in cash at the shop, or by bank transfer if that is easier.

Exchanges & resizing

The first resize on any ring is complimentary within twelve months of purchase. Beyond that, resizing is charged at cost. Some set bands cannot be resized — the piece’s specification will say so.
